Hotel is located in Canton, IL which is about 40 mins from Peoria, IL and was built in 1998. Hotel building is connected with an additional 7,000 square foot banquet hall building which was built in 1978 and served as the headquarters for Freeman Coal Mine for nearly 20 years. Current owner is using this building as storage of excess furniture and hotel supplies. This is the only one hotel in this town which has onsite banquet hall. New owner can easily rent this banquet hall for multiple events after some cosmetic expenses or can convert it to indoor swimming pool for hotel guests and it will result in one and only hotel with indoor swimming pool in this town. There are several rental opportunities on the back of the hotel. Currently one space is rented for $1650/month.
