APERÇU DU BIEN
Le Baker Linen Building a été construit en 1916 en tant que nouveau siège social de la Seattle Automotive Company. Sonke Sonnichsen, une architecte norvégienne, a conçu le bâtiment pour Mary Liebeck, une immigrante allemande qui était une promotrice et investisseuse active dans l'immobilier à Seattle au début des années 1900. Le bâtiment avait plusieurs locataires orientés vers l'automobile jusqu'aux années 1940, date à laquelle son utilisation est passée de l'automobile à la fabrication de vêtements. Entre 1953 et 1983, le bâtiment a été occupé par son locataire le plus ancien et homonyme, la H.W. Baker Linen Company. Nos locataires actuels incluent Retrofit Home, Gemini Room, Cloud Studios, Pebble Health et Corinth Engineering.
