The monthly base rent, per office, includes: 5mbps Wi-Fi, a telephone with 1 line and 1 voicemail, fully furnished, nightly janitorial services, 24-hour access to our secured lot and an on-site cafe open M-F 9AM - 3PM

From films like "Robin Hood" (1922) and "Some Like it Hot" (1959), The Lot at Formosa has always been a high achieving creative space. Since then, our campus has grown to house not only film industry creatives but music, fashion, and even wellness creatives.
