Le 10 Brindleyplace est le plus grand complexe de bureaux de Birmingham achevé en 2023, et le plus grand projet de construction de Brindleyplace depuis son achèvement en 2009. Axé sur trois piliers que sont la technologie, le bien-être et le développement durable, c'est un bâtiment récompensé par de nombreuses récompenses.
