Cushman & Wakefield Corporate Capital Markets has been exclusively retained by R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (“RRD", the "Company", "Seller“, “Lessee”) to solicit proposals for the sale-leaseback of its industrial manufacturing asset located in Logan, UT, further described herein, consisting of approximately 207,097 square feet.
RRD is a leading global provider of marketing and business communication services with a comprehensive portfolio of marketing, packaging, print, and business services solutions. RRD distributes its products and services globally to over 17,000 customers, including 92% of the Fortune 100, 75% of the Fortune 500, and 60% of the Fortune 100. The Company operates over 133 facilities domestically and over 42 internationally, with over 35,000 employees. On a pro-forma basis, including the impact of recent acquisitions, RRD had $6.3 billion in net sales and $685 million in adjusted EBITDA for the year ended December 31, 2024(1). The Company was acquired by investment funds affiliated with Chatham Asset Management, LLC. (collectively, "Chatham") in February 2022.
The Property will be 100% leased to R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company on a 10-year absolute net lease with a starting lease rate of $7.50 per square foot consisting of 3.00% annual escalations, further described below.
