HISTOIRE DU COMPLEXE : Le bâtiment de la New York Wire Company a été créé en 1888 sous le nom de York Wire Cloth Company et a d'abord été utilisé comme espace pour produire des toiles métalliques destinées à la protection contre les insectes. Plus récemment, le bâtiment a abrité la New York Wire Company, qui a utilisé ses métiers à tisser à haute vitesse pour produire des treillis en aluminium à usage industriel. Certains de ces métiers à tisser et bobines de fil d'origine se trouvent toujours dans le bâtiment, même aujourd'hui ! Mark Lane Properties a pris possession du complexe en 2020 et a transformé l'établissement d'une usine en activité en la plus grande communauté créative de la région.
