Shared entrance, lobby and kitchen space included. This space also includes a private bathroom. Warehouse heating system was updated 3 months ago. New water heater was installed 3 weeks ago. Ceiling height is 22 ft (19 feet to the bottom of the beams) 16 step rolling ladder included for easy access to all levels of the pallet racking. Also available (not included in the price) is the option to add 350+ SF of office space that connects to the warehouse which can be used as an office or a packing area for an e-commerce business. We also have another 130 SF of office we can make available if also looking to rent. Please no Auto Repair, Auto-body, Sports and Recreation, Food Uses or Cannabis uses. If you are a company that is running high power consuming equipment 24/7 which is going to cause a excessive electric bill, we will need to discuss this upfront and make an adjustment to the rate. If your business requires a couple of pallet deliveries once or twice a month that you need access to the trailer height dock door, we can work with you to grant access at delivery time. If you have weekly truckload deliveries and require that dock often, we wouldn't be able to accommodate that. There is room on the street for a 53ft trailer to park and unload from the street with either a liftgate or forklift.
