Greg and Suzette met in optometry school in Memphis in 1987. It was love at first sight for him. For her, it took a great deal of convincing. Nonetheless, we have been a couple ever since. Upon graduation we married in 1991 and moved to Florida to set up practice and residence and family in the Daytona Beach area. We like to think we have a great working relationship as Doctors, husband and wife and parents. One of our secrets to success: we do not discuss business while at home and try not to let our family life interfere with our professional careers. After practicing optometry for 17 years locally, we decided to strike out on our own and opened Blahnik Eye Care in 2009. It was both a challenge and a accomplishment to open a business during a time of dire economic straits, but if you look around you will see the fruits of our labor of love.
