Titulaire d'un baccalauréat en marketing et comptabilité des entreprises agricoles de l'université d'État de l'Arkansas, Jeff est devenu directeur des opérations chez Armor Seed et a fait partie de l'équipe de direction responsable de la forte croissance de l'entreprise, qui a quadruplé sa taille entre 2005 et 2017.
Jeff a également été spécialiste de la distribution pour Armor Seed, où il a développé une connaissance pratique de l'ensemble du processus de distribution des produits d'une entreprise à ses consommateurs. Sa vaste expérience de la recherche et du développement, de la production, de la fabrication et de la distribution lui permet d'identifier et de répondre facilement aux besoins de nos clients qui achètent des entrepôts, des locaux de fabrication et de distribution.
Jeff était membre du 34e escadron de chasse de l'armée de l'air des États-Unis et est actuellement président du conseil d'administration de la Ridgefield Christian School. Il aime passer du temps avec sa femme Erica et leurs 3 enfants.
