Les membres d'Union Co-Work peuvent choisir de disposer d'espaces flexibles ou dédiés ou d'occuper des bureaux privés pouvant accueillir de petites équipes de 1 à 2 ou des entreprises comptant jusqu'à 10 entreprises. Le campus présente un design intérieur contemporain baigné de lumière naturelle, de couleurs vives et d'une atmosphère détendue. Les équipements du projet comprennent un responsable communautaire sur place pendant les heures de bureau, des salles de conférence, des cabines téléphoniques, Internet haut débit, une cuisine commune avec kombucha/bière au robinet ainsi que du café et de l'eau purifiée. Il y a également 60 places de stationnement en surface dans un pâté de maisons du bâtiment mises à la disposition de nos membres moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Vous trouverez également de nombreux restaurants et lieux de divertissement à quelques minutes de marche du projet, notamment le Blue Bottle Coffee, le Zinc Cafe and Market, le ER Bar et bien plus encore.
