Total Building is 28000 sqft. The rental area is the entire rear of building which faces the Waterfront .The front of building is called 17 West Front St . The Gym was there for many years but the Gym owner was lucky enough to be appointed the only retail Cannabis selling license in an exploding downtown Keyport. He loved his Gym but couldn't manage both so we emptied it and I just constructed 2 large waterfront decks and redid the entire exterior of the building with stucco.
